Mac & Cheese

Mac & Cheese


This is SO easy and totally yum!

Ingredients:
1 lb pasta (any shape)
1 stick butter
1/4 cup milk (almond, soy, or rice work too)
2 cups shredded cheese
plain bread crumbs

Cook the pasta and drain.
Toss pasta with butter.
Add milk and toss to coat.
Add cheese and toss until coated.
Top with enough bread crumbs to lightly cover the top.
Broil until crumbs are browned and enjoy hot and gooey right out of the oven!
